The vision we at Lost Woods have for the future is one where people put thought, care and commitment into their interactions with animals.  We want to make it the norm for pet owners to thoroughly research and prepare for getting a pet, and to care for an animal for its lifetime.  We also envision a world where people are educated about animals and have good resources to learn more about them.  Most importantly, we dream of a world where people learn to care.  Caring about animals and their environment teaches people of all ages to be compassionate to others, and to think about how our actions affect the world.
