Tia and Tamara were relinquished because their owners couldn't take care of them, but they have clearly been treated well as they are sweet and friendly with people.  Tamara has a head tilt, reportedly from a squabble the girls had.  We have not seen any fighting at all, so hoping whatever happened was resolved.  The vet says Tamara's head tilt is likely permanent but shouldn't cause her much issue in daily life.
